Use Loom (free Chrome extension) to record your screen. Log into your current platform, open the billing or subscription page, and show:

The platform name — visible in the browser address bar, page header, or logo.

Your account email or company name on that platform — so we can verify the subscription belongs to you.

Your most recent payment with the date it was charged.

The date your subscription is paid through (next payment date or expiration date.

We need to see that the subscription belongs to you — either by matching the email address or the company name on the account.

The video usually takes under 60 seconds. Here's an example of what a good recording looks like:

Example: You open sellerboard.com → go to Account → you see your email john@example.com (or your company name "Acme LLC") → go to Billing → the screen shows your last charge of $15.00 on Jan 5, 2026, and "Next payment: Jul 5, 2026." Done!

What your video should show

Platform identity — the platform name must be visible (in the browser address bar, page header, or logo);

You are logged in — your account on the platform, not a public page;

Your account email or company name is visible — so we can verify the subscription belongs to you;

Billing or subscription page is open;

Most recent payment with the date it was charged;

Next payment date or subscription end date is clearly shown.

What happens next?

After you submit:

1. We review your Loom video to verify your active subscription (usually within 1 business day).

2. We calculate your personal discount based on the remaining days on your current plan.

3. We send you an email with your unique promo code.

4. You pick the plan you want, apply the code at checkout,
and you're all set.

Important: We need to verify that the current subscription belongs to you. Your video must show either the same email address you enter in the form, or your company name. This email will also be used for your PROPAMP account and promo code.

Which platforms qualify?

Any Amazon seller analytics platform with profit tracking or inventory management features — for example, Sellerboard, SoStocked, Sellerise, and others.

How is the discount calculated?

We take the number of remaining paid days on your current subscription and convert it to
a percentage of one year. For example, if you have 100 days left, your discount is 27%.

How long is the promo code valid?

Your promo code is valid for 48 hours after we send it.

Does this apply to monthly plans?

No, the switching discount applies to annual plans only.
